Maybe this will be helpful for somebody.
How to remove W32.Qakbot from computer.
1. Update Your anty Virus software.
2. Check if ‘Live Monitoring’ is turned on.
3. Turn off system restore.
4. Run box in safe mode.
5. Scan box with some anti virus software. (I used Malwarebytes Anti Malware). Remove all items found.
6. Search C:\ drive for any files and folders starting with ‘_qak*’ and delete all of them.
7. Now is a trick! Check what is under ‘Scheduled Tasks’. Check if there is any new tasks You do not know or You did not setup. Read them carefully. My virus was in one of tasks hidden in Java Script file. It was downloading itself every day and no Anty Virus software could find it! Delete all unknown tasks and linked files.
8. Empty Recycle bin.
9. Restart box in normal mode, double check antyvirus if it is updated and ‘live monitoring’ is turned on.
10. Re-scan Your box to check if there is anything left.

After coming back from Africa, not 100% happy with results of my camera I decided to do small test. I had chance to compare Nikon D200, Nikon D2x and mine Canon 30D.  There were 3 pics taken by each camera from which I choosed one. Setup:  tripod, Av f/8, ISO200, AWB, RAW format. I used Nikkor 28-70 f/2.8 for Nikons and Canon EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 IS lenses.  For Canon IS was turned off.

Here are 100% crops:

1. Canon 30D,
2. Nikon D2x, 3. Nikon D200.

I could not believe that Nikon D200 is making so soft pics, so I decided to make another test. This time I got Nikon D200 with Nikkor 18-200 VR lens, and mine Canon 30D with EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 IS. Same setup as above. + VR off in Nikon.Here are results:

1. Canon 30D, 2. Nikon D200, sharpness: normal,
3. Nikon D200, sharpness: medium-high, 4. Nikon D200, sharpness: high.

Comments:
- target was to check sharpness of these 3 cameras. Both tests shows that Canon has no chances to old, but full pro D2x, but takes sharper pictures, comparing to D200, which I am very surprised.But… AWB in Canon 30D  S.U.C.K.S.! For me - it always did. In test 1 WB for D2X is 3300, for D200 3450, and for Canon 3800. It’s huge difference. Canon’s metering is really bad. Especially indoor, whed there is a lot of soft light from yellow walls etc Canon’s WB measurements are always way too high.

It was harder than I thought… But luckily 14th of  February 2009, me and 9 more my friends reached top of Africa.

Jesli chodzi o sprawy organizacyjne wszystko praktycznie jest juz dopiete na ‘ostatni guzik’. Pozostalo jedynie (hehe) przygotowanie fizyczne, kilka szczepien i troche zakupow. Grupka szczesliwcow liczy obecnie 7 osob. W planie jest wycieczka na Kilimanjaro (trasa Machame) oraz safari po Serengeti. Oj bedzie sie dzialo!
